Crepes with Strawberry Jam

with Betavivo® Oat Hearts and Berries


  • 1 egg
  • 80 g flour
  • 200 ml skim milk
  • pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray for the frying pan
  • 1 tbsp reuced sugar strawberry jam
  • 1 handful of pureed berries (mixed)
  • 1 portion Betavivo® Oat Hearts

Stir together the egg, flour, milk and pinch of salt.

Fry the crepes at medium heat until crispy. Serve the crepes with strawberry jam, berry puree and Betavivo® Oat Hearts.
