Spinach Salad

with Salmon, Avocado and Betavivo® Oat Hearts


  • lettuce and spinach leaves
  • 100 g hot smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 avocado, cut in slices
  • 1 handful of sliced strawberries
  • 25g of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 portion Betavivo® Oat Hearts
  • 3 tsp fresh-pressed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Wash the spinach leaves, dry and mix with the avocado, the strawberries and the feta cheese.

For the dressing, mix pepper, 3 tsp fresh-pressed lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil. Pour over the salad.

Add the flaked salmon on the salad and sprinkle Betavivo® Oat Hearts on top.
