with Salmon, Avocado and Betavivo® Oat Hearts
- lettuce and spinach leaves
- 100 g hot smoked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 avocado, cut in slices
- 1 handful of sliced strawberries
- 25g of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 portion Betavivo® Oat Hearts
- 3 tsp fresh-pressed lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt, pepper
Wash the spinach leaves, dry and mix with the avocado, the strawberries and the feta cheese.
For the dressing, mix pepper, 3 tsp fresh-pressed lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil. Pour over the salad.
Add the flaked salmon on the salad and sprinkle Betavivo® Oat Hearts on top.
